Refund Policy
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain types of goods are not eligible for return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as for:
- Number Plates that have been opened.
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be posted may vary depending on your credit card company or bank. Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If your item is valued at over INR 750, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Cancellation Policy If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
